Sam-Shop Group was founded in 1990 and it is owned by Mr. Fuad Pekmez.
Currently, there are 210 workers employed by the company.
The three main business areas are:
Distribution of the mass-market products throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina:
- Food (Haribo, Storck, Dimes, Eti, Vori),
- Personal hygiene and cosmetics (BIC, AlpiFresh, Orchidee, Lycia, Lotus, DemakUP),
- Household products (ARIX, BIC, Melitta, Swirl),
- Writing materials (BIC).
Beauty Market is a commercial brand of the eight shops specialised in the cosmetics and toiletries sale.
Fashion Gallery, located in the pedestrian zone in downtown Sarajevo, Titova St. 27, is the first fashion gallery in Bosnia and Herzegovina with 1,800 square metres selling area.
Supermarket is located in Bare-Šip, the Municipality of Sarajevo Centre, with 1,000 square metres selling area, next to the Sam-Shop business quarters.
